orgasmic chocolate

Thursday, July 31st, 2003

I have a question for my Aussie friends! :) Curiousity has taken ahold of me & I’m curious - here’s the story.

I was just watching an episode of So Graham Norton on BBCA - and he was interviewing Natalie Imbruglia. He had all these Australian goodies for her - and one of the things he gave her was a packet of TimTams… I’ve never had these but I keep hearing about them.

She told him how to have a “TimTam explosion” - which she described as orgasmic.. what they did was get a hot cup of tea… and bite off one of the corners of the TimTam - and then bite off the other corner that is diagonal - and use it like a straw to drink your tea… you do it slowly and once you feel the tea start to touch your lips you flip the TimTam the opposite way and pop it into your mouth - and apparently that is supposed to just be completely orgasmic.

Is this true? I told a friend about it & she found this description.. I just had to ask ya’ll. :)

my Saturday in TN…

Sunday, July 27th, 2003

This post isn’t that interesting - but I said last night I’d post an entry about my trip to visit family on Saturday… so here goes.

We left about 8am… I just read the whole trip. It isn’t a long drive at all… from here to Tennessee it would be about hmm, 2 hours and 45 minutes? Not bad. Driving through the mountains is still absolutely gorgeous - I love that. :)
We spent the first part of the day at my grandparents house on my mom’s side - This part of the trip was kind of sad to me, I think I posted about this once last month the last time I was up in TN. My grandparents are moving out of their house.. they’ve lived there forever it seems. It was very strange to look around the den and think, “gosh.. in a short amount of time, I will never set foot inside this house again.” That house was a big part of my childhood… I spent so much time there. Thinking about how my grandparents have lived there forever - and how weird it’ll be to just not be there anymore. Sad to think about. =/ Anyways, my grandma gave me lots of her old books… which made me very happy. (doesn’t take much to please me, eh? ) She told me she knew I would give them a good home and that I would take care of ‘em. :) (more…)

*head hits keyboard* qjohjohwgw.. (that was zombie speak for “Hello, how are you?”)

I’m home from visiting family.. I’ll post a longer entry about it later or in the morning. I am so freaking tired right now I can barely think straight. I tried to get some sleep last night before I left for Tennessee but I couldn’t sleep… so I’ve now been awake for about 31 hours. *bangs her head on the desk*

All day long I heard - “Why don’t you get some sleep?” I was so close to just screaming. Do they think I actually enjoy staying up 30+ hours? Oh yeah, that is my idea of fun.
All I want to do is read my book… (halfway through ‘Tis) but I’m too damn tired. *rubs her eyes* I think I’ll go crash & watch a movie until I fall asleep.

G’night folks.
